In his address, PM Modi said that the central government is moving forward with the resolve of self-reliant India, under which development is being done in Bengal. PM Modi said that 30 lakh houses have been built under PM Awas in Bengal, 90 lakh women were given gas connections under Ujjwala scheme, four crore bank accounts were opened in Bengal. The PM said that the metro project in Kolkata has been expedited.

PM Modi said that the message of women power is carried forward by Durga Puja in Bengal, BJP is also moving forward with this mantra. Women empowerment is being taken forward by the central government.
